“The general manager offered exceptional customer service. First, when my first room had a temperamental heating unit, she immediately moved me. Then, when I needed to extend, she offered me a good rate. Finally, on Monday morning she unburied my car which had been covered by the snow storm. I cannot imagine that going that far to assist customer is part of the job description--that is an EXCEPTIONAL level of customer service.”

“This hotel is a solid choice for anyone needing a clean, safe, affordable, and comfortable option. The staff are kind and helpful. Decent breakfast options - I especially like the bisquit egg sandwiches. The rooms are clean, nice, bathrooms clean, nice towels. I like that there is a small coffee maker for both coffee and hot tea, and a mini fridge. Microwave is in kitchen area, but it’s a small hotel, not a long walk to get to. If concerned about highway noise from thruway, request a room facing the back. (They have also offered ear plugs in the past.) Super quiet. The TV is small, the room itself is small, but not an issue for me. I am super sensitive to chemicals- smells- and there was no issue for me with this as others mentioned previously. I wasn’t able to adjust the temperature on the heater, but it ended up fine even though I like a cooler sleeping temp. My only negative: I wish they could remove the dated carpet from rooms. It’s a 15/20 minute drive to downtown Rochester, Eastview mall just down the road. Very convenient. Management and staff seem to really care. As a single woman travelor, I feel safe. My go to place for visits in the region.”

“You can’t beat it for the price, clean, economic, and so quiet! First hotel I’ve been to in a while where it wasn’t extremely noisy. Actually peaceful! Breakfast was an unexpected touch for the price! Nice assortment of make your own waffles, breakfast sandwiches, bagels, muffins, etc. My stay was $83 with tax. Hard to complain on anything at that price, they exceeded expectations! Thank you”

“Solid location in a nice area with lots of nearby dining options. Room small but clean with comfy beds. Breakfast had bagels, omelettes, waffles, cereal and yogurt. Coffee was surprisingly solid. Only complaint was shower was a bit scuzzy and price was typical central new York super high rate for what you get. If located elsewhere this would be $80/night.”
